“Personal injury” law deals with injury to the person and property. It includes not only bodily injury, but also economic injury such as lost wages, medical expenses, etc. Although most personal injury cases arise from traffic accidents, personal injuries may also arise from slip and falls, explosions, etc. A Client may be injured in many different ways. However, the cause of the injury may not be his/her fault. But, when the injury is caused partly by the fault of the Client, he/she still is entitled to compensation as provided by Louisiana law. I am experienced in personal injury cases, from initial evaluation, settlement negotiation and, if necessary, the trial of the claim.
